Trenewydd is much more than just another B&B – we are unique in the range of facilities we have here which our Bed & Breakfast guests can take full advantage of with our compliments:
- Our sparkling outdoor heated swimming pool of more than generous proportions is sunk into the landscaped gardens adjoining the farmhouse.
- It is surrounded by a natural stone wall to provide not only ideal swimming conditions but also the perfect suntrap complete with sun loungers.
- Weather permitting, the pool is available from May to September.
- Outdoor seating areas to take advantage of those summer evenings
- 8 acres of fields in which to take a leisurely stroll
- Our safe children's play area with swings and see-saw
- set away from the farmhouse is a large playing field with goal posts, ideal for children of all ages
- Our pets corner with guinea-pigs, rabbits and chickens to help feed and cuddle and bottle feed the baby lambs in the Spring and not forgetting our two adorable shetland ponies, Yorkie and Galaxy who love to be fed carrots and have their ears tickled!
Accommodation:
In the farmhouse, we provide accommodation in one double room, one twin bedded room or one family room. You may also stay as Bed & Breakfast guests in our very special romantic cottage with a beautifully draped, king-sized, 4-poster bed and the cottage also has its very own, private flower garden with a sweet little summer house. You may come over to the farmhouse for your breakfast or have it served in the privacy of your cottage.
We like to pamper all our guests by providing the following:
- Television/DVD/CD Player in each bedroom
- Tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits in your room
- Radio/alarm clock for your convenience
- Hair dryer in each room
- Controllable heating for each room
- Fluffy towels provided
- Views of the surrounding countryside from each bedroom
- A cot and high-chair can be provided (please request in advance)
- Extremely spacious bathroom with double shower cubicle and a separate large bath
